Looking for an order update? Once your order has been dispatched an automated email is delivered to the email you provided at the checkout. You will have access to tracking information that provides you with updates when they occur. 📦🚛

Fine art prints: please allow up to 14 business days
Originals: to ensure everything is perfect, please allow up to 2-4 weeks to prepare and ship your order. The studio team and printing house strive to ship orders as quickly as possible!

Do You Ship Worldwide?

We ship anywhere in the EU and the UK! Shipping on original paintings is covered by the studio, sent with our trusted couriers.

Special exceptions may be made for commissions or sending originals at Chloe's disgression.

Where Can I Find My Order Confirmation?

Accepted Answer

Your order  confirmation and invoice is delivered to your inbox automatically after  purchase. If you cannot find it in your primary inbox, it may have ended  up in your spam folder.

Can I Add A Request At Checkout?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! During checkout, you can include any special requests in the notes section. Many wonderful collectors often ask for unique touches, such as a signature, gift-wrapping, or a handwritten note from me. While I will do my best to accommodate these requests, please note that they cannot be guaranteed.

I would love to personally fulfill each special request, but I have dedicated my time to creating more art and content for you to enjoy. Therefore, I no longer handle the packaging of prints myself. Additionally, requests for expedited dispatch cannot be accommodated, as it would be unfair to other people. Thank you for your understanding and support! 🤗

Can I Change Something In My Order?

Since I outsource the packing process, once your order has gone through checkout, the chosen artwork cannot be exchanged. So, please select your perfect piece with great care!
Additionally, a change of shipping address cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

What Is The Best Way To Contact Chloe?

Need to get in touch? The fastest way to reach me is through my website's contact page! I'm available to answer your questions Wednesday - Sunday between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM BST. You can expect replies during these hours when I'm working in the studio.
This is the best way to contact me as messages sent through social media DMs can easily get lost. Using the contact page ensures I see your message and can respond as soon as possible.

Will My Print Be Hand Signed?

Open edition prints do not arrive hand-signed by me. However, my original signature is printed on each fine art print. Due to my outsourced printing and packaging, open edition prints are never available with a hand-signed signature.

Will I Get A Certificate Of Authenticity?

Accepted Answer

To preserve the  integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals and limited  editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of  authenticity. Open edition prints do not  come with a certificate of authenticity.

Does Chloe Accept Receiving Commission Requests For Custom Art?

Accepted Answer

I welcome all commission requests through my website's contact form for review. As a dedicated artist and content creator, I strive to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, please understand that I may not be able to accept every commission. I truly appreciate your interest!

I would be thrilled to collaborate on your charity event! Please reach out via the contact page on my website or send an email to chloemarieart@outlook.com.()

In your pitch, kindly include the mission of your organisation, details of the event, and deadlines for artwork completion, delivery, and showcase day. I will respond as soon as possible to arrange a Zoom meeting and discuss the details further. Please note that if the artwork needs to be shipped rather than collected in person, a shipment fee will apply.
